Tinubu Rejects National Assembly Library Bill, Warns of Legal and Financial Pitfalls

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has honoured the Super Falcons in grand style following their outstanding performance and dedication to Nigerian football.

In a remarkable gesture of appreciation, the President conferred the National Honour of Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON) on all 24 players of the Super Falcons. Each player also received a cash reward of $100,000 and a fully furnished 3-bedroom apartment.

The Technical Committee members of the team were not left out, as each was awarded $50,000 in recognition of their support and contribution to the team’s success.

This recognition comes as a boost to women’s football in Nigeria and a clear message that excellence and patriotism in sports will be rewarded at the highest levels.

The ceremony, held at the Presidential Villa, was attended by top government officials, sports administrators, and dignitaries.
