Former Big Brother Naija housemate Tuoyo has shared his perspective on why many men feel uneasy when their girlfriends frequently go out partying or clubbing.
Taking to his Instagram stories, the reality star revealed that he has lost count of the number of times men have taken home women who were either drunk or in need of money after a night out — often women who were already in relationships.
Tuoyo emphasized that when a man genuinely loves or values a woman, his discomfort with her clubbing lifestyle isn’t necessarily rooted in insecurity. Instead, he argued, it’s often about wanting to protect the relationship from avoidable drama.
“It’s not always about insecurity,” he wrote. “Some of us have seen too much and know how messy things can get.”
