Yinka Theisen, the estranged wife of Nollywood actor Linc Edochie, has sparked reconciliation rumors after a cryptic yet emotional post shared on her Instagram page.
In a poetic message, Yinka expressed that “true love never dies,” suggesting that she still holds out hope for rekindling her marriage with Linc, the son of Nollywood legend Pete Edochie and the elder brother of controversial actor Yul Edochie.
“True love never dies. The tides turn, and the storm rages. ‘Be still,’ I say, and yet the tides grow stronger! Hush!!! Be still!” she wrote.
Her post has since stirred mixed reactions online, with many interpreting it as a heartfelt attempt to mend fences in what appears to be a troubled union.
A Controversial Start to the Marriage
Yinka and Linc tied the knot in June 2025. Still, their marriage was quickly clouded in controversy when Yinka openly supported Yul Edochie and his second wife, Judy Austin. This decision drew heavy backlash from supporters of May Edochie, Yul’s first wife.
Her show of support for Yul and Judy, particularly at a time when their family drama was dominating headlines, alienated her from fans who felt she was undermining May’s pain.
Fans React
Following her recent Instagram message, fans and observers are split. Some have praised her emotional maturity and willingness to fight for her marriage, while others believe her earlier actions contributed to the strain between her and Linc.
“It’s always good to fight for love, but wisdom is profitable to direct,” one user wrote.
Another commenter added, “She should have just stayed neutral instead of getting involved in Yul and Judy’s drama.”
Where Things Stand
Neither Linc Edochie nor any member of the Edochie family has publicly responded to Yinka’s post as of press time. However, her message seems to indicate a desire for reconciliation, or at the very least, closure.
Whether the couple will reunite or go their separate ways remains to be seen, but one thing is clear—Yinka isn’t ready to let go without a fight.
