Media personality, Do2dtun, has called out Nigerians living abroad who constantly advise others against relocating.
Taking to his X handle, the popular hypeman and video jockey stressed that only those who have returned to Nigeria after relocating have the right to give such advice.
He wrote:
“If you japaed, stop advising people on why they should not come over. If you haven’t moved back to Nigeria; you still live there, pls shut up. You are not qualified to discourage people who want to follow the same path. Keep your advice to yourself. If e too hard, come back. Let others try.”
Do2dtun further expressed concern about the fear Nigerians have when it comes to challenging wealthy individuals, pointing out the culture of silence and hero worship surrounding the rich.
“In Nigeria, it’s a crime to challenge a rich man. You will see how angry a gaslighting, God forsaken, ignorant; alatenuje; disoriented & slave mentally individual who sees them as mentors will attack you for challenging them when they are wrong,” he added.
His comments have since sparked mixed reactions online, with some agreeing with his stance while others argued that sharing personal relocation experiences could be seen as helpful advice.
