Karen Huger, the iconic “Grand Dame” of The Real Housewives of Potomac, is reportedly on track for an early release from prison.
According to TJB, Huger’s release date has been moved up to September 2 — meaning the 62-year-old reality star could be home as early as next week.
As widely reported, Huger was sentenced to two years behind bars in December 2024 after being found guilty of DUI.
One year of the sentence was suspended, leaving her to serve a year in custody. She reported to prison in February 2025, immediately after her sentencing.
If the updated release date holds, Huger will have completed seven months of her term.
Interestingly, production for season 10 of RHOP is currently underway. Her early return could open the door for her reappearance on the show sooner than expected — a twist that would no doubt deliver explosive TV moments.
