Renowned American YouTuber MrBeast has sparked conversations online after revealing the staggering amount raised during his first-ever livestream.
In a recent tweet on X (formerly Twitter), the content creator disclosed that the stream generated $12 million for charity.
“Just did my first stream and we raised over $12,000,000 for charity! Most money ever raised in a live stream 😮🥺”, the tweet reads.
According to MrBeast, the achievement marks a historic milestone, making his debut stream the highest-earning charity livestream to date.
Before this, the record was held by a Twitch initiative that raised $11.9 million during a two-day broadcast.
