If you were holding out hope for another Pusha T and Kanye West collaboration, it’s time to let that dream go.
In a recent interview promoting the Clipse reunion and their new album, Pusha T made it clear he has no plans to work with Kanye again—musically or otherwise.
When asked directly if he would ever consider teaming up with Ye again, Pusha T’s response was blunt:
“Yeah, that’s in the past.
That’s definitely in the past.”
This isn’t the first time Pusha has spoken about the growing rift between him and Ye, once a trusted collaborator and close friend. In another interview during the album’s press run, he was even more candid.
“He knows I don’t think he’s a man. He knows it.
And that’s why we can’t build with each other any more. That’s why me and him don’t click because he knows what I really, really think of him. He’s shown me the weakest sides of him, and he knows how I think of weak people.”
Their fallout appears to trace back to 2022, when Kanye made a series of antisemitic remarks that drew global condemnation. At the time, Pusha—then still serving as president of Kanye’s G.O.O.D. Music label—publicly described Ye’s behavior as “very disappointing.”
Since then, the distance between them has only widened, and Pusha now seems completely done with the idea of any artistic reunion.
