Popular relationship therapist and social media personality, Blessing Okoro Nkiruka, better known as Blessing CEO, has shared some deep reflections on relationships while addressing her partner IVD’s former marriage.
In a viral video, Blessing CEO emphasized the importance of walking away from any relationship that poses a threat to one’s life.
“If you are in that relationship that wants to take your life, take a walk. You are not under bondage, you are not under a curse. The earlier you leave, the better,” she warned.
Lessons from IVD’s Past Marriage
The controversial therapist said her perspective was largely shaped by what she observed in her partner’s former marriage, which was marred by controversies and a tragic ending.
Blessing CEO stressed that many people stay in abusive relationships because of societal pressure, fear of judgment, or financial dependence, but such decisions often lead to fatal consequences.
“A lot of women endure toxicity because they don’t want to be tagged failures. But there is no failure in choosing peace and life. Choose yourself first, always,” she added.
A Strong Message to Women
Her remarks have since sparked conversations online, with many praising her for encouraging women to prioritize their safety and mental health over public perception.
Blessing CEO has remained vocal about love, marriage, and relationships, often stirring debates with her candid takes.
