Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) Benjamin Hundeyin has been appointed as the new Public Relations Officer of the Nigeria Police Force (FPRO).
His appointment follows the redeployment of his predecessor, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, to the Delta State Police Command after his recent promotion to Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP).
Until this new role, Hundeyin served as the Police Public Relations Officer of the Lagos State Command.
According to TVC News, police authorities confirmed the development, stressing that the appointment is part of routine administrative changes aimed at career progression and manpower optimisation. They also clarified that it is neither punitive nor controversial.
Hundeyin, widely regarded as a seasoned communicator, holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language from Lagos State University and a Master’s degree in Legal Criminology and Security Psychology from the University of Ibadan.
