Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing Sunday has opened up about her dating history, revealing that she has never been in a relationship with a man wealthier than herself.
Speaking on a podcast, the 36-year-old star disclosed that she has “dated down” three times in the past but has resolved never to do so again.
“I’ve never dated someone who has more money than I do. I’ve dated down three times, and I’m not doing that anymore,” she said.

Nkechi Blessing recently ended her relationship with her younger partner, Xxssive, whom she started dating in 2021. The couple, known for showcasing their romance on social media, sparked breakup rumors after unfollowing each other on Instagram. The actress later confirmed the split.
Despite public criticism over her preference for younger men, Nkechi has remained firm in her choices, insisting that she does not care about outsiders’ opinions regarding her personal life.
