Reality TV star Nonku Williams from The Real Housewives of Durban has opened up about the secret behind her youthful glow — and it’s not plastic surgery.
On Friday, 12 September 2025, the stylish businesswoman took to Instagram to flaunt her fresh look, making it clear that her radiant transformation came through non-surgical treatments rather than going under the knife.
Sharing before-and-after photos from her first consultation with Dr. Klutch to her final treatment, Nonku told fans:
“My glow-up journey with Dr. Klutch. No surgery on my face, no scars, no downtime — just non-surgical magic in the right hands.”
She revealed that her regimen includes Dermafrac facials, microcurrent therapy, chemical peels, glow drips, supplements, retinol and glutathione creams, Botox, lip enhancements, fillers, PRP (platelet-rich plasma), thread lifts, and fat-dissolving injections.
While many fans had speculated she underwent cosmetic surgery, Nonku insisted her face remains untouched by surgical procedures. She did, however, admit to having liposuction on her arms, back, tummy, and thighs.
“Honesty & transparency: I did have liposuction for my arms, back, tummy & thighs, but the face? 100% non-surgical glow! Invest in yourself. Be patient. Trust the process. The right hands will bring out the best in you,” she added.
