Reality TV star Sorisha Naidoo, best known for The Real Housewives of Durban, melted hearts after sharing a touching birthday tribute to her son Sai, who just turned 17.
The proud mom posted a sweet video montage capturing Sai’s journey from his adorable baby days to his teenage years. Some of the throwback clips also featured her husband, prominent businessman Vivian Reddy, cradling their son as a newborn.
In her emotional message, Sorisha praised Sai’s character and the love he shows within their home.
“To our son Sai at 17, thank you for being an absolute gentleman. The respect with which you carry yourself and the kindness you extend to all are truly admirable. You are one of my greatest gifts,” she wrote.
The TV personality went on to highlight his thoughtful and caring nature:
“Thank you for the endless cups of green tea you bring without being asked, the subtle way you sense when something is wrong, and your ability to remain unbiased in emotional situations – that is your superpower.”
Sorisha also commended her son’s humility and work ethic, noting:
“Sai, I am so very proud of you. Your constant willingness to help and run around without a single complaint is a treasure. May you always be blessed in abundance, my son. Thank you for balancing work and play so easily and your determination to do it all on your own.”
The doting mom jokingly added that she seldom scolds him, and when she does, it’s usually over playful antics with her or his younger sister.
She wrapped up her message with love:
“My firstborn and love – thank you for sharing your life with this family. With all our love, Mum and Dad.”
