Elon Musk’s estranged transgender daughter, Vivian Jenna Wilson, has shed light on her personal finances during an appearance at the Teen Vogue 2025 Summit in Los Angeles.
Jenna Wilson revealed that she has started earning her own income after launching a modelling career earlier this year, addressing misconceptions about her wealth.
“I’m financially independent. I’m making money now. Pre-Teen Vogue cover, no. People have a lot of assumptions, and you just kinda have to deal with that,” she said.
Wilson, who appeared on the cover of Teen Vogue in March, clarified that despite her visibility, she has never profited directly from fame.
“I haven’t made any money from being famous at all. I have made zero dollars and zero cents. I do live in a lot of people’s heads rent-free, though,” she explained.
She shared that while modelling has opened opportunities, she once considered exploring Twitch streaming or even reality television, admitting that reality TV remains her dream.
Earlier this month, she told The Cut that she manages her finances by living with roommates to cut costs. Wilson also emphasized that while her mother is wealthy and her father a billionaire, she does not have unlimited financial resources, adding that she has no interest in being “super-rich” like Musk.
Having made her runway debut in May at a RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars event, Jenna Wilson has since continued to grow her career in drag performances and fashion shows, often sharing her excitement with fans online.
