Singer-songwriter Charlie Puth and his wife, Brooke Sansone, are expecting their first child. The exciting news was revealed in the emotional music video for his new single Changes.
In the video, the See You Again hitmaker and Brooke are seen walking on top of a red toy piano. Dressed in a red sweater and blue jeans, Brooke stops to cradle her stomach as Charlie places his hands over hers, and the couple share a warm smile.
The chorus of the song hints at transformation and growth, with the lyrics,
“There’s been some changes in our life / I can feel the distance, space and time / Has made everything different, day and night / Everything has changed and I don’t know why.”
Charlie Puth, 33, also shared a snippet of the video on Instagram with the caption, “There’s been some changes…”
A press release described the video as showing the artist “reflect on Changes both personal and professional with a sweet cameo from his real life wife Brooke Sansone.”
Earlier this month, Charlie Puth revealed why he chose Changes as the first single from his upcoming album.
“This is the song I wanted you to hear first because it’s a perfect way to bring all of you into the most beautiful, colorful part of my life, which happens to be right now. You will soon know why…” he teased — a hint that sparked pregnancy speculation among fans.
Changes will appear on Puth’s fourth studio album, Whatever’s Clever!, scheduled for release in March 2026.
Charlie and Brooke, who began dating in 2022, recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary on September 7.
