Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing another lawsuit, this time from a woman who alleges he s3xually assaulted her at a Los Angeles nightclub during her 20th birthday celebration.
The lawsuit, filed by Houston attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents more than 100 clients in separate s3xual assault suits against Diddy, claims the incident occurred at Club Playhouse around November 1, 2016.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the woman — identified as Leiana Ripley — alleges that Diddy approached her with a drink and insisted she consume it. When she refused, he allegedly told her, “Bitch, I am not asking you. Drink that and shut the f** up.”* Feeling threatened, she said she complied.
Ripley claims that after she drank it, Diddy placed an arm around her and used his other hand to forcefully reach under her skirt and assault her, reportedly saying, “Bitch, I do what I want.” She says she tried to resist, but Diddy laughed and appeared entertained by her distress before eventually walking away.
She recounts leaving the club in shock, calling a cab back to her hotel, and later experiencing dizziness and disorientation. The following morning, she allegedly found bruises and physical injuries consistent with the assault.
Ripley says the incident has left her with lasting emotional and psychological trauma and is seeking unspecified damages.
As of now, Diddy’s legal team has not commented on the latest lawsuit. The new claim surfaces just as the rapper appeared in a New York courtroom on October 3, 2025, for sentencing in a separate criminal case.
