South African actress and entrepreneur Enhle Mbali Mlotshwa has officially closed a major chapter in her life — her marriage to world-renowned DJ Black Coffee is now legally over.
Taking to social media, Enhle shared a heartfelt message expressing gratitude, reflection, and renewal following years of legal and emotional battles.
“Today with great emotion I write this. I am officially Miss Mlotshwa. I’m so grateful for this ugly journey that gave me so many lessons. Today God has laid a table for me,” she wrote.
The actress went on to appreciate her legal team, family, and close friends who supported her throughout the difficult divorce process.
“I am so thankful to the people you see in this image. These lawyers, advocates and senior attorneys have pushed me and reminded me of the greatness I had in me… reminded me how important it was to fight, most importantly for my children and more so for the rights of women in South Africa,” she said.
Enhle also expressed gratitude to those who became like family during the battle. She described her lawyer as “a father figure,” thanked her sister who stood by her in court despite her own health struggles, and credited her close friends for “holding her through prayer nights and late-night calls.”
“Thank you God, thank you Jesus, for making me strong. Thank you to my angels and ancestors,” she concluded.
Earlier this year, in an interview with Radio 702’s Relebogile Mabotja, Enhle reflected on her marriage and the courage it took to leave.
“I’m proud of how I handled my marriage. I never cheated in my marriage, not once, till the day I decided to leave because I could no longer take the punishment to myself,” she said.
She explained that her decision came after discovering that Black Coffee had fathered two children outside their marriage.
“My non-negotiable was children in a marriage. Once there were two children by two different women, I said you don’t love me. In fact, you’re going to kill me,” she revealed.
Enhle Mbali and Black Coffee, whose real name is Nkosinathi Maphumulo, were married in 2011 and share two sons together.
Her emotional post has since gone viral, drawing messages of support and admiration from fans who praised her strength, grace, and resilience.
