Afrobeats superstar Burna Boy has sparked reactions online after claiming he has only ever lost two fights in his life.
During a recent livestream with content creator Plaqueboymax, the Grammy-winning artist opened up about his rough upbringing, revealing that he used to get into fights almost every week but rarely lost.
“I’ve only ever lost two fights in my life,” Burna Boy bragged, adding that his past experiences shaped the man he is today.
However, the “City Boys” crooner clarified that his statement wasn’t an endorsement of violence but rather a reflection of his resilience and self-awareness.

Burna Boy also touched on his musical influences, describing Afrobeat pioneer Fela Anikulapo Kuti as one of the greatest artists of all time — even calling him better than himself.
