The Lagos State Government has reportedly demolished the car showroom owned by popular auto dealer and influencer, Ola of Lagos.
The social media personality confirmed the development in a post on his Instagram story, where he maintained a positive outlook despite the incident.
A viral video circulating online showed the showroom being pulled down, just a few months after its official opening. The reason for the demolition, however, has not been publicly disclosed.
Reacting to the situation, Ola reassured his followers that his business remains active, adding that plans are already underway to launch a new and improved showroom, named “OOL Autos.”
“OOL Autos New Showroom coming soon… Bigger and better insha Allah,” he wrote.
“We’re still active! Pending the time our new office will be ready, you can still reach us for clean cars as usual — you’ll love it.”
Ola of Lagos also expressed gratitude to fans and well-wishers who reached out, saying that although he has endured several setbacks, he remains thankful to God and optimistic about the future.
“Been chesting losses for long. Losses that could get me a bedroom apartment in Ikoyi,” he wrote humorously. “But I’ll just smile, thank God, come online to motivate and show love — all is well.”
Despite the setback, Ola of Lagos has continued to receive support and encouragement from fans across social media, many of whom have praised his resilience and positive attitude.
