Sammy West, brother of Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, has publicly accused Senator Ned Nwoko of physically assaulting the actress and of sending men to intimidate her after the alleged incident.

In a forceful social-media post, Sammy West wrote (translated/paraphrased):
“It pains me that some people are laughing at my sister. Let me repeat — anywhere a man beats a woman, whether it’s my sister or not, I will stand with her. Senator Ned Nwoko, you are lucky — after you beat my sister and smashed her head against a wall, you ran and sent thugs. I swear I will confront you.”
Sammy’s post has been widely shared, with many fans and colleagues expressing anger and calling for answers. As yet, no official statement has been made by Senator Ned Nwoko in response to Sammy West’s claims.
The viral video and the fresh allegations have intensified scrutiny of the couple’s relationship. Regina married Nwoko in April 2019; the couple have two sons.
Sources close to the family earlier suggested the marriage had experienced tension, but the content of the recently circulated footage and the new public accusations have not been independently verified.
