American rapper and business mogul Rick Ross is parting ways with one of his luxury retreats in Southwest Ranches, Florida, located within the upscale Landmark Ranch Estates. According to XXL, the Mississippi-born star recently listed the property on Sotheby’s International Realty, marking the end of his four-year stay at the lavish residence.

The impressive estate spans 14,000 square feet and sits on 2.3 acres of beautifully landscaped land. The realty listing describes the mansion as a gated paradise with a private driveway and resort-style pool, perfect for relaxation or entertainment.

“Set on 2.348 acres of meticulously landscaped grounds, the gated residence features a long private drive and resort-style pool. Perfect for entertaining, it offers a covered summer kitchen, expansive patio, soundproof theater, custom bar, sound system, two offices, and a separate 2-bedroom guest house,” the listing reads.

Car lovers will find plenty to admire, too. The property includes a porte-cochère, a 9-car garage, and a custom Rolls-Royce logo stamped onto the driveway — a signature Ross touch.

The main suite boasts a one-of-a-kind closet, sitting area, bonus room, and spa-inspired bathroom, adding to the home’s luxurious appeal. During Rick Ross ownership, the MMG boss also invested in major upgrades, including a new roof in 2023.

Outside this serene yet opulent neighborhood, Ross still owns an even grander estate in Georgia, famously nicknamed “The Promise Land.” The mansion features 109 rooms and holds the record for the largest residential pool in the United States.

Meanwhile, in a separate development, rapper Gucci Mane recently opened up about his past fallout with Rick Ross. The Atlanta star admitted he once said hurtful things about Rick Ross during a difficult period in 2013 — a time he now attributes to mental struggles.

“I was super embarrassed and hurt by the things I said because I wasn’t well then,” Gucci confessed. “It was like a weight off my shoulders” when Ross and others he offended accepted his apology.

Despite the ups and downs, Rick Ross continues to embody his “big boss” persona — expanding his empire, upgrading his assets, and moving on to the next luxury chapter.
