Nigerian singer Seyi Shay has opened up about a personal experience involving her former personal assistant and Tiwa Savage’s ex-husband, Teebillz.
Speaking on a recent podcast, Seyi Shay recounted how she discovered that her former P.A. had been in a relationship with Teebillz, a revelation that came shortly after her public altercation with Tiwa Savage in 2021.
The singer, who became emotional while narrating the story, said the confession happened when she was pregnant. According to her, the P.A. broke down in tears at a bar and confessed to having an affair with Tiwa Savage’s ex-husband, fearing that it might have contributed to the tension between the two artists.
Seyi Shay explained that the P.A. apologized, thinking her relationship with Teebillz might have been the root of the feud that made headlines years ago.
Reflecting on the incident, Seyi Shay admitted she was unaware of the situation at the time, adding that she could understand why anyone would be upset if faced with a similar circumstance.
