Destiny Daniels, the younger sister of Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, has refuted online claims suggesting that her sister has reconciled with her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, following reports of a marital crisis.
Last week, Creebhills reported that Regina had cried out over alleged domestic violence in her marriage. In a viral video, she was seen in tears while her brother confronted thugs allegedly sent by Ned.
In response, Ned Nwoko released a public statement accusing Regina of drug and alcohol abuse, claiming it was the root of their problems. The senator alleged that she had become violent towards domestic staff and destroyed property, adding that his efforts to help her seek treatment were repeatedly resisted.
Shortly after, fresh reports emerged claiming that Regina had returned to her husband’s home, sparking rumours of reconciliation.
Fueling the speculation, a new video surfaced online showing Regina, her siblings, and friends boarding a private jet — leading many to assume that the couple had settled their differences.
However, Destiny Daniels took to her Instagram story to debunk the claims, questioning why people were quick to make assumptions. She wrote:
“Why una like to dey assume things for this socio-media like this? So because of PJ, we go forget pain and plenty of scars just like that? Thank God sey plane no cost to book. Na just $10k and na my sister, my idolo, pay for am! Clock it.”
Her post made it clear that Regina funded the trip herself and that the family has not forgotten the issues that caused the reported rift.
Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko, who got married in 2019, share two sons together. Their relationship has faced renewed public scrutiny following the recent allegations and viral videos.
