NFL player Stefon Diggs is facing serious allegations from his ex-girlfriend, Mulan Hernandez, who has filed a lawsuit accusing him of assault and coercion.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Hernandez claims that Diggs punched her in the back of the head on June 7, 2024, leaving her with a concussion. She also alleges that the New England Patriots wide receiver attempted to pressure her into signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to keep the incident secret from both the NFL and the public.
Hernandez is seeking up to $1 million in damages for emotional distress and medical expenses.
Stefon Diggs has denied the accusations, insisting that Hernandez was the aggressor in a countersuit he filed earlier this year.
The lawsuit comes just weeks after Diggs and rapper Cardi B revealed they are expecting their first child together.
