Rapper Saweetie is making headlines once again — but not for her music. The ‘My Type’ hitmaker has been accused of owing money and allegedly relying on her rumored boyfriend, English footballer Jadon Sancho, to sustain her luxury lifestyle.
The allegations were made by a former associate known online as MaybachMayy, who posted on Instagram:
“I just want what yall owe me!”
The claims surfaced amid ongoing rumors linking Saweetie to the Manchester United star. Their alleged relationship first sparked speculation earlier this year.
Adding to the buzz, Saweetie’s name recently resurfaced in Offset’s interview with Keke Palmer after rapper 6ix9ine reignited old affair rumors. Offset firmly denied them, saying:
“No, man. It was a rumor, man. And I feel like it was something deeper than that for the split of me and bro.”
She has yet to address either the money allegations or the renewed rumors, but she’s clearly found herself in the spotlight once again this week.
