Nollywood actress Bimpe Akintunde has addressed a social media troll who confessed his hatred for her, sharing the bizarre exchange with fans on her Instagram page.
The mother of two took a calm yet firm stance, reflecting on the troll’s audacity amid the country’s challenges.
The troll sent Bimpe a direct message saying, “I have hatred for you.” Reacting, the Yoruba actress questioned how someone could harbor such negativity while creating a fake account, stalking her Instagram stories, and still messaging her personally.
In her response, Bimpe handed the matter over to God, expressing that she would not dwell on the hatred. She also told the troll to focus on finding a better purpose.
“Nah, so I say make I check my DM this morning, nah, hin I stumbled on this eleribu oni fake page wey say hin get hatred for me, e wo Erin pa mi. So some people still hate on a person, as this country and life itself be? You open a fake page, stalking my stories on IG, and you still get mind come enter my DM to tell me what jare???? Bo ya lo mon pe I no, even notice, see nor care about anyone hating on me, lowo ti mo wa yii!!!!!!! I don’t know you, but God knows you, and nah that God is hand you over to eyin oloriburuku gbogbo…,” she wrote.
