Former Big Brother Naija star Kiddwaya has claimed that his father, billionaire businessman Terry Waya, is the man who discovered the famous Banana Island in Lagos.
He made the statement during a recent appearance on the Off The Record podcast.
The host asked, “I heard that your dad discovered Banana Island. Is that correct?”
Kiddwaya responded, “Yeah, I didn’t even know until I heard it during one of my trips.”
Terry Waya, a self-acclaimed billionaire, is known for his investments across real estate, agriculture, and the hospitality industry. His public profile grew significantly after his son’s appearance on the 2020 edition of Big Brother Naija.
