Megan Thee Stallion Breaks Down in Court While Testifying in Defamation Case

Megan Thee Stallion Biography, Age, Boyfriend, Net Worth, and Career

Megan Thee Stallion delivered an emotional testimony in court as her defamation lawsuit against blogger Milagro Gramz continued, telling the judge and jury that she has been left feeling “defeated” and mentally drained by the ongoing harassment tied to an explicit deepfake video circulated online.

The Grammy-winning rapper, known for hits like Mamushi, took the stand to describe the toll the ordeal has had on her mental health. She said Gramz encouraged followers on X and Instagram to watch the fabricated, sexually explicit deepfake video, which falsely used Megan’s likeness.

At several points during her testimony, Megan broke down in tears as she recalled the impact of the AI-generated footage. “I feel like, to this day, I feel a little, like, defeated,” she said, adding that the relentless online attacks have left deep emotional wounds.

In the lawsuit, Megan Thee Stallion — whose real name is Megan Pete — accuses Gramz (real name Milagro Cooper) of acting as a “mouthpiece,” “puppet,” and “paid surrogate” for rapper Tory Lanez during and after his criminal trial. Lanez, born Daystar Peterson, was convicted of shooting Megan in the foot after they left a Los Angeles party in 2020 and is currently serving a 10-year prison sentence.

Megan’s legal team argues that Gramz used her social media platforms to “denigrate, belittle, insult, and spread false statements” about the rapper, and that she amplified harmful narratives with the intent to “bully, harass, and punish” Megan for Lanez’s conviction. The lawsuit alleges that Gramz’s conduct has inflicted severe emotional distress and damaged Megan Thee Stallion’s reputation.
