Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has responded to the public statement issued by Serenity Royale Hospital, Abuja, following the circulation of an alleged medical report claiming she tested positive for cocaine, marijuana, alcohol, and other hard drugs.
Recall that a document purported to be from the facility detailed an alleged detoxification programme for the actress and stated she had tested positive for multiple psychoactive substances.
The report sparked widespread conversation online, tying the claims to Regina’s ongoing marital crisis with her estranged husband, Ned Nwoko.

However, the mental health facility later released an official disclaimer, denying any involvement in the document’s creation or circulation and urging the public to disregard it.
Reacting to the development, Regina took to her Instagram page to express gratitude to the hospital for setting the record straight.
She noted that she has a personal relationship with the facility’s owner and admitted that she initially felt distressed upon seeing the document.

She wrote:
“Thank you for this. Knowing the owner of this hospital is a family friend made me almost go crãzy and sue y’all. But thanks for standing by the truth amidst knowing your big fish in the family. Saving your hospital and just doing the right thing.
So thanks, and let me kill this.”
Regina has continued to address the wave of allegations surrounding her divorce, maintaining that several circulating claims are fabricated.
