Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has made a new and serious allegation against Pastor Chris Okafor, founder of the Mountain of Liberation and Miracles Ministry, as their ongoing public dispute continues to generate widespread reactions online.
In a video shared on social media, Ogala accused the cleric of sending her what she described as highly inappropriate personal material involving members of his family. She claimed the incident occurred during a meeting at the University of Lagos.
Addressing the pastor directly in the video, the actress rejected claims that she was motivated by financial gain or business interests.
“Pastor Chris Okafor, I don’t need your $50,000 or shares in your company,” she said.
Ogala alleged that the material was sent to her without her consent and stated that she was shocked by the action. She further claimed that she had already forwarded the content to social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), for safekeeping.
“I know what you are planning. You think you can set me up,” she added.
The allegation is the latest development in the highly publicised fallout between the actress and the cleric, which began with claims of a breached promise of marriage and has since escalated into legal threats, arrests, public apologies, and counter-accusations.
As of the time of filing this report, Pastor Chris Okafor has not publicly responded to the latest claim. The matter continues to draw intense public scrutiny, with many Nigerians calling for a thorough investigation and restraint from all parties involved.
