Georgina Chinenye Ibeh (born on May 29, 1990, 35 years old) is from Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria.
She was brought up in a God-fearing Christian Igbo family alongside her mom and dad, Mr. Ogaraku Charles Amobi Ibeh, and Mrs. Nkem Geogiline Ibeh.
She is definitely the middle one, sandwiched between an elder sister and a younger brother.
Georgina had her early education in local primary schools. After that, she attended Penny International College in Owerri for her secondary education, where she obtained the West African Senior School Certificate.
It was a good combination even then, as she loved the arts and had a practical side as well. Afterward, she proceeded to the Federal Polytechnic, Owerri, and graduated with a degree in Public Administration.
Career
Georgina Ibeh entered Nollywood in 2006 at the age of 16. She gradually worked her way up. The first characters were a test of her courage, especially given the tough competition she faced in the auditions.
However, she didn’t lose heart, and the situation began to improve in 2007. It was at that point that she began making bookings for real jobs, among them her big break on the Super Story TV series.
Everybody highly appreciated her very first performance, as the struggles of the teenage years she portrayed were grounded in real-life situations and were new.
During the 2010s, she really took off. Starring in the drama Dinma, a family drama about resilience and love, as the lead character made her a celebrity.
