Telecommunications giant Glo has issued a public apology to its subscribers following a nationwide data service disruption that occurred on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
In a statement, the company confirmed that the outage, which began around 8:30 a.m., impacted data connectivity in several parts of the country.
“Earlier today, a data service outage occurred nationwide, affecting data connectivity across multiple locations,” Glo explained.
The provider assured customers that its technical team is actively working to restore full service as quickly as possible.
“Our technical team is working to resolve the issue and ensure services are being restored as quickly as possible,” the company added.
The telecom provider urged subscribers to remain patient as efforts continue to stabilise the network.
