Club host and reality TV personality Inno Morolong is marking a major milestone — one full year of sobriety, a transformation she says has brought her peace, clarity, and one of her best years yet. The 33-year-old star revealed that quitting alcohol has reshaped every part of her life for the better.
According to Daily Sun, Inno was previously known for going live on Instagram while intoxicated, with several arrests for assault linked to her drinking. Reflecting on her past, she said deciding to stop alcohol was one of the strongest and most important decisions she has ever made.
“After I stopped drinking, I have seen so many improvements in my life. I’m more productive, I feel good, and my skin is glowing. I saved a lot of money; the alcohol I drank was expensive champagne and single reserves. I also see changes in my health, I have more energy and time for work. I work out and take care of myself more, and my head is always in a clear place to think rationally at all times,” she said.
The journey wasn’t always smooth. Inno shared that she had to confront the negative impact alcohol was having on her life.
“Alcohol brought me so many downfalls and setbacks more than fun times. Waking up with a hangover can delay a person in so many ways. It cost me money, friendships, and relationships. There’s so much I can say, but I choose not to because I’ve moved on from all of that and am in just a peaceful and tranquil headspace,” she added.
Despite still working as a club host, Inno said her discipline keeps her grounded. “Being disciplined and still not drinking while I work at clubs is my biggest flex because while people are fighting over champagne, I’m chilled with my water or energy drink. Not drinking alcohol also saves a person from a lot of things,” she noted.
Her renewed lifestyle has also ushered in significant personal wins. Inno appeared in the five-part Showmax documentary Slay Queens, purchased a new Mercedes-Benz, and proudly celebrated her 12-year-old daughter Lesedi’s achievements — winning the Junior title of The Face of Mathabeng in the Free State and the Business Winner 2025 award for her sweet treats brand.
“Motherhood changed me and improved me in so many ways,” she said, reflecting on her growth and transformation.
