Barcelona winger, Raphinha, has refuted ongoing reports suggesting he is preparing to leave the LaLiga giants.
The Brazilian forward has recently been linked with a potential move to the Saudi Pro League, fuelled largely by speculation surrounding Barcelona’s financial situation.
Despite previously admitting that offers from the Middle East were “tempting,” Raphinha has now firmly shut down claims that he is on his way out of the club.
According to Mundo Deportivo, the winger said:
“I don’t know where they get so much nonsense, really. Well, this one, where fake news always comes out, very nice.”
He maintained that the rumours are baseless, describing the reports as “nonsense” and “fake news.”
