Reality TV star Kassia has shared that the start of 2026 has been unexpectedly challenging, revealing that all her team members resigned just before the New Year.
In a post on X, Kassia said the situation was difficult but that she has chosen to remain reflective and trust God’s process despite the setbacks.
“2026 just started, and I’ve already faced challenges I didn’t experience all through 2025, including all my staff resigning just before the New Year,” she wrote.
She also expressed appreciation for the overwhelming interest she received from people eager to work with her, noting that more than 100 individuals reached out via direct message seeking employment.
However, Kassia clarified that she is not currently recruiting, explaining that her immediate focus is on restructuring her brand and team.
“I’ve received over 100 DMs from people interested in working with me. Thank you so much for your interest. At the moment, I’m not hiring,” she said.
According to her, she is prioritising the reorganisation of her team, KXB, with the goal of building a stronger, more efficient operational system before onboarding new members.
Despite the challenges, Kassia said she remains optimistic and views the recent developments as preparation for bigger opportunities ahead.
“I’m choosing to reflect and trust God’s process. I know these moments are shaping me for something greater,” she added.
Her post has since drawn messages of support from fans and followers, many of whom encouraged her to stay resilient and focused as she navigates the transition.
