Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman and country music star Keith Urban have officially finalised their divorce.
Court documents filed on Tuesday and obtained by Page Six revealed that the former couple agreed to waive all claims to child and spousal support.
Under the terms of the settlement, their two teenage daughters will reside with Kidman for 306 days each year, while Urban will spend time with them every other weekend. Both parties agreed that no child support would be paid, citing their reported monthly incomes of over $100,000 (£74,000) each.
The divorce agreement also states that all shared property — including investments, bank accounts, household items, vehicles and personal belongings — will be divided by mutual consent, with each party retaining items currently in their possession.
In addition, both Nicole Kidman and Urban waived any claims to alimony or spousal support and agreed to cover their respective legal fees and expenses. It remains unclear whether the couple had a prenuptial agreement in place.
Although a court hearing was scheduled for Tuesday, Kidman waived her right to appear, having returned from Australia just a day earlier after spending the holidays there with their daughters.
The couple’s separation became public in September 2025, when reports emerged that the pair were ending their marriage after 19 years together. Nicole Kidman formally filed for divorce on September 30, citing irreconcilable differences, with sources indicating they had been living apart since the start of summer 2025.
