A little over 25 years after making her on-screen film debut in Center Stage (2000), Academy Award winner Zoe Saldaña has officially become the highest-grossing actor of all time.
Saldaña holds a unique distinction in box office history, starring in three of the highest-grossing films ever made: Avatar(2009), which earned $2.9 billion, Avengers: Endgame (2019) with $2.8 billion, and Avatar: The Way of Water (2022), which grossed $2.3 billion worldwide.
Beyond these record-breaking titles, Saldaña’s box office success also spans major franchises including Star Trek, multiple Marvel Cinematic Universe films, and the latest Avatar installment, Fire and Ash, which recently crossed the $1.23 billion mark globally.
According to reports, the actress’s films have collectively generated approximately $15.47 billion at the global box office over the past 25 years. This milestone sees her surpass fellow Marvel star Scarlett Johansson, whose combined box office total reportedly stands at $15.40 billion.
With a career defined by blockbuster franchises and global cinematic success, Saldaña’s achievement cements her place as one of the most commercially successful actors in film history.
