Bianca Censori has reportedly been called to testify in an ongoing legal dispute between a contractor and her husband, Kanye West, concerning renovations on his Malibu property.
According to reports cited by TMZ, contractor Tony Saxon filed court documents requesting that Censori appear as a witness in the trial scheduled for February 21. While the precise reason for naming her has not been formally detailed, a 2024 report by The New Yorker suggested that Censori had at one point acted as an intermediary during the renovation project.
Saxon alleges he worked on West’s beachfront Malibu home between September and November 2021, serving in roles that included project manager, caretaker and security personnel. He claims the working relationship deteriorated after he objected to certain renovation directives, including removing windows, plumbing and electricity, as well as demolishing marble bathrooms.
The contractor further alleges that he warned against installing large generators inside the house due to fire risks and that tensions escalated when he resisted the changes. He claims he was dismissed shortly afterward and compensated for only one week of work.
Saxon is seeking more than $1 million in alleged unpaid wages, along with damages for purported labour code violations.
West, 48, has denied the claims. In a November 2023 motion to dismiss, his legal team argued that he was not liable for the alleged damages and contended that Saxon undertook certain tasks without his knowledge.
Bianca Censori and West have been married since 2022.
