Hollywood actress Jessica Alba and her former husband Cash Warren have officially finalized their divorce, bringing their nearly 20-year relationship to a legal close.
According to court documents, the split has been completed, with the former couple agreeing to share joint custody of their three children, aged 17, 14 and 7. Neither party will pay spousal support.
As part of the settlement, Warren will receive a $3 million payment to balance the division of assets. The sum will be paid by Alba in two non-taxable installments — $1.5 million immediately and another $1.5 million in a year’s time. Alba has also legally restored her last name to Alba.
The actress filed for divorce in February last year, shortly after the pair publicly announced their separation. The proceedings were described as amicable.
Both parties have since moved on. Jessica Alba has reportedly been dating actor Danny Ramirez for several months, while Warren has also been linked to new romantic interests.
