American rapper Nicki Minaj has expressed gratitude after receiving a signed copy of the Bible from U.S. President Donald Trump.
Taking to X on Sunday, the “Super Bass” hitmaker shared a close-up image of the leather-bound Holy Bible, which features Trump’s signature on the front. The edition is embossed with the American flag and bears the inscription: “Donald J. Trump 45th President of the United States Signature Edition,” along with the phrase “God Bless the USA.”
Describing the present as deeply significant, Minaj wrote, “One of the most meaningful gifts I’ve ever received in my entire life.”
In addition to the Bible, Trump reportedly sent the rapper a black pen engraved with his signature in gold.
Minaj did not disclose further details about the circumstances surrounding the gift. However, the post generated mixed reactions online. While some critics questioned the appropriateness of signing a religious text, others praised the gesture and described the Bible as a keepsake that could be passed down through generations.
The development comes amid Nicki Minaj’s vocal support for Trump in recent months. In January, the 43-year-old rapper referred to herself as “probably the President’s number one fan” during an appearance at the Trump Accounts Summit, adding that criticism of the president only strengthens her support.
