Nollywood actor and social media influencer Stanley Ontop has reportedly been arrested, according to a post on his Instagram story.
The Delta State-based student at Dennis Osadebe University in Asaba, who is studying law, was detained Friday afternoon on the school premises following a petition from an unknown person.
Stanley Ontop criticized authorities for allowing the police to arrest him on campus, saying he had never received an invitation from the police. “How can you invade a university to arrest me without an invitation?” he asked.
This development comes a week after actor Frederick Leonard reportedly filed a petition against him for supposed defamation.
