“I Gave Men Millions” — Idia Aisien Breaks Down In Tears While Recalling Heartbreak On Toke Makinwa’s Show

Idia Aisien Stuns Fans, Flaunts Major Cleavages and Curves in See-Through Dress

Nollywood actress Idia Aisien became emotional during a sit-down interview with media personality Toke Makinwa, opening up about painful experiences in past relationships where she financially supported men who later broke her heart.

During the conversation, Idia revealed that she used to give money to men she dated because they often claimed their businesses were struggling.

According to her, she supported them with large sums because she believed relationships built towards marriage should involve mutual support.

“I used to give men money. They will say their business is bad. I will give them a couple of million,” she said.

The actress explained that she believed helping a partner during difficult times could strengthen the relationship and eventually lead to mutual support when things improved.

“You are dating for marriage and you don’t want the guy to not do well… If he is trying to invest in something that is not growing… you know how they always say there are ups and downs for guys,” she added.

However, the conversation took a painful turn when Idia recounted one particular experience that left her heartbroken.

According to her, she once gave a boyfriend money to support his business, only to later discover that he used the funds to travel abroad with another woman.

“There was this guy I gave money and then all of a sudden his phone wasn’t going through. I was trying to reach him,” she said.

The actress revealed that the man initially claimed he was still in Lagos and blamed his silence on phone issues.

But the truth soon came to light after one of her brothers spotted him overseas with another woman.

“My brother told me your boyfriend is here with a babe and I was like ‘no it’s not possible… he is in Lekki,’” she recalled.

“My brother sent me a picture. When I told him he was in Dubai, he said his friends dragged him there.”

Idia said the revelation left her shocked, especially because she had just given him money to support his supposed business plans.

During the discussion, Toke Makinwa strongly disagreed with the idea of financially supporting a boyfriend, arguing that a woman should not invest money in a man she is not married or engaged to.

“You don’t have a ring on your finger, so that man’s destiny has nothing to do with you,” Toke said.

“If it is up, down, sideways, back, left, right… that is his business.”

According to Toke, emotional support and encouragement are acceptable in relationships, but financial involvement should be reserved for family or committed partnerships.

The conversation has since sparked discussions online, with many social media users sharing mixed reactions about financial support in relationships.
