Travis Kelce has secured his future with the Kansas City Chiefs after signing a new three-year contract, putting an end to speculation about a possible retirement.

The 36-year-old tight end had been widely linked with stepping away from the game before deciding to return for his 14th season in the NFL. He reportedly finalized the deal on Monday at the team’s home ground.

According to the NFL Network, the contract is worth $54.7 million, with $12 million guaranteed in 2026. The length of the deal has raised eyebrows among fans, given earlier uncertainty about his playing future.

Kelce has also attracted attention off the field due to his relationship with Taylor Swift. The pair, who began dating in 2023 after Kelce attended her Eras Tour concert in Kansas City, are now engaged and reportedly planning to marry in the summer of 2026.

Beyond football, Kelce co-hosts the popular podcast New Heights alongside his brother Jason Kelce, further cementing his presence in sports and entertainment.
