The divorce battle between Drew Sidora and her estranged husband, Ralph Pittman, has taken a new turn after a Georgia court issued a fresh temporary ruling.
According to reports, the court has ordered Drew Sidora to vacate the couple’s shared residence by May 31. Until then, both parties are required to continue splitting household expenses due to their current financial situation.
Living Arrangements and Access
The ruling also outlines how both parties are to coexist in the home before the move-out date. Ralph Pittman, who has reportedly been staying in the basement, has now been granted limited access to the main living areas, specifically to assist with getting the children ready for school in the mornings.
Custody Decision
In a significant development, the court issued a temporary custody arrangement, granting Ralph primary physical custody of the children during the school year.
Drew will have parenting time on alternating weekends starting in August. The decision reportedly followed concerns about the children’s school attendance while in her care.
Case Still Ongoing
Despite the ruling, the divorce is far from finalised. A representative for Drew emphasised that the decision is only temporary and does not reflect the final outcome of the case.
“This matter is still being actively litigated and is in the middle of the final trial. The Second Temporary Order is, in fact, temporary, and does not reflect the final outcome of the case,” the statement read.
Both parties remain engaged in ongoing legal proceedings as the court continues to determine final custody arrangements and the terms of their divorce.
