Reality TV star and influencer Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, has raised concern among fans after revealing she is currently battling serious health issues following a recent trip to Port Harcourt.
The former Big Brother Naija housemate took to social media to share a troubling update, posting a video of herself receiving intravenous treatment as she opened up about her condition.
According to Tacha, she has been unwell since returning from the trip, sparking worries about possible environmental factors that may have contributed to her illness.
Medical tests later confirmed that the reality star is currently battling both malaria and typhoid, leaving her extremely weak and unable to eat or move properly.
Despite the situation, Tacha maintained a strong spiritual stance, declaring her faith in the midst of the struggle.
“We are not defined by our flesh; sickness has no place in our lives. The supernatural is natural to us. Jesus lives in me; his grace is sufficient in my life. I receive the gifts of the spirit IJN AMEN..”
She also revealed that her close associate, Kola, has been experiencing similar symptoms since their time in Port Harcourt, further deepening concerns.
“Not so fun part, Kola and I have been ill since PH, not sure what’s in the Air, but I was diagnosed with malaria and typhoid… haven’t been able to properly eat and move, been so down,” she shared.
In a surprising twist, Tacha disclosed that even in her weak state, she refused to stay indoors, pushing herself to attend church while also encouraging Kola to do the same.
