Victor Osimhen has been named Footballer of the Year at the 72nd Annual Milliyet Sports Awards.
The Milliyet Sports Awards is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious sporting honours in Turkey.
Osimhen earned the recognition following a standout season with Galatasaray, where he played a crucial role in securing a domestic double for the club.
The Nigeria international delivered an impressive league campaign, recording 26 goals and four assists in 30 appearances for the Yellow and Reds.
He also made a significant impact in European competition, scoring seven goals in the UEFA Europa League, while adding five more in the Turkish Cup.
Continuing his fine form into the current season, the 27-year-old striker has already contributed 19 goals and seven assists in 29 appearances across all competitions for Galatasaray.
