Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi have tested positive for the deadly Coronavirus as he joins the list of top politicians in Nigeria to be infected.
This news was made known to the general public by Kayode Fayemi himself, who
announced this via his verified twitter handle noting that he has gone into
isolation.
He tweeted;
“I took my third Covid-19 test yesterday and it came back positive. I’m generally ok and I’m already self isolating at home and receiving the best of care from my medical team. I’m delegating critical tasks to my Deputy but will continue routine duty from home. JKF”
Nigeria have been rocked with the deadly pandemic virus just like the rest of the world as new cases are being recorded on a daily basis.
