Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo has dragged actor Yomi Fabiyi to court over a post he shared on his timeline concerning the ongoing Baba Ijesha rqpe case.
Baba Ijesha has been trending on all social media platforms ever since he arrested for allegedly defiling a 14-years-old girl.
With Nigerians taking to social media to share their opinions and take sides on the trending issues, it wasn’t too long before Iyabo Ojo and Yomi Fabiyi began dragging themselves.
Iyabo Ojo has been supporting comedian Princess who is the foster parent of the 14-years-old victim while Yomi Fabiyi has been backing Baba Ijesha.
Both superstars have not been shy in slamming themselves on social media and that is set to get more intense with Iyabo Ojo’s new move.
Iyabo Ojo some minutes ago released a statement on her official Instagram account that she has slammed Yomi Fabiyi with a lawsuit due to a post he shared on his timeline.
The star actress had accuse Yomi Fabiyi of using some defamatory words in his post.
Yomi Fabiyi have now been giving an ultimatum of 14 days to reply to the lawsuit against him. She also demanded for 100 million naira as damages fee.
