Nollywood Actress, Omoni Oboli, jokingly called out her close friends in the movie industry over their refusal to get married and others’ defiance to remarry.
Fans love it when the ‘Fantastic four’ Omoni Oboli, Chioma Akpotha, Uche Jombo and Ufuoma McDermott share friendship goals on social media.
In recent times, Alex Ekubo’s close friendship with some of these female colleagues came to the fore when he hosted Omoni Oboli and Chioma Akpotha in his mansion following the latters’ unpleasant experiences on 2023 election day.
On Tuesday, April 4, Omoni Oboli, who is married with 3 grown up kids, took to her Instagram page, and teasingly tagged her close industry friends useless because some of her divorced friends, Chioma Akpotha, Uche Jombo, Ufuoma McDermott, and her single colleagues refused to remarry and get married.
Omoni Oboli wrote;
“My friends are useless. No pregnancies, no engagements, no weddings.. gosh nothing.
So Uche, Ufuoma, Chioma, Tara, Owen and all of you that call yourselves my friends…nobody fit just carry belle? Pls go ahead and tag your us$less friends”
Reacting in the comment section, Alex Ekubo, who has had a fair share of crashed engagement following his messy breakup with his former fiance, Fancy Acholonu, wrote;
“Bestie, but I went through a messy divorce.
Firing back, Omoni Oboli mandated him to find another lover.
She wrote;
“you are a mess!! Oya e don do! Find another person let’s do engagement o! This time, we go all the way!! We must plan your wedding and ATTEND it!”
