Shannon Sharpe has revealed a strange daily routine.
In a post on Twitter, Sharpe made it known that he brushes his teeth a ridiculous amount of times every day.
Sharpe said that he will brush his teeth anywhere from seven to ten times a day.
It all stems back to a promise he made to himself before he had a good income stream.
“I’ve always said if I ever were to come into money, I’m going to get my teeth fixed,” Sharpe said.
“I ain’t gonna have no rotting teeth, I ain’t gonna have no teeth missing.”
Sharpe also broke down exactly when he brushed his teeth throughout the day.
“Once after I eat after returning home from ESPN, once after my nap before heading to the gym, once I eat after the Gym,” he said.
“If I take a nap, I’ll brush my teeth before heading to a meeting or film Club Shay Shay.
“Come home eat, brush teeth. Shower, relax and brush teeth before heading to bed.”
That makes around seven times brushing his teeth and it can go up depending on how his day goes.
Sharpe’s fans on Twitter thought his routine was great and commented jokes about it.
“Unc I know you keep the 5pack of tooth brushes the way you flying through them,” one comment said.
“TELL EM SHANNON, GOTTA KEEP EM NICE AND CLEAN,” another comment said.
“When I had Invisalign I would brush my teeth 4-5 times a day and floss 4-5 times,” another fan said.
“Just had too…ever since then would go to dentist and they can’t believe how clean and great my teeth have been.”
