Reality star Phyna recently claimed that many Nigerian women who fly Business class do so with tickets purchased by someone else, rather than using their own money.
Phyna made these comments during a conversation with her colleague Pere Egbi on their podcast, Spill with Phyna.
She shared an experience she had at the airport, where a fan recognized her from her time on the reality show BBNaija and questioned why she was flying economy as a prominent figure in the Nigerian entertainment industry.
Phyna mentioned hearing a podcast where a woman boasted about never flying economy to the UK, leading her to believe that these women are not using their own funds for such luxury travel.
